Educational Resources for Boards and Community
Managers

CoPS on Doody also offers educational articles and guides specifically designed for board members and community association managers. These materials are provided at no cost and are available to all communities, regardless of whether you are a current CoPS on Doody customer.

These resources are intended to help communities:

• Better understand pet waste management challenges and solutions

• Evaluate service approaches and infrastructure needs

• Communicate expectations clearly with residents

• Support informed planning and operational decisions

Boards and managers are encouraged to share these materials with fellow board members, residents, committees, and management teams through newsletters, meetings, email communications, and community planning discussions.
