Our Core Services
PET WASTE STATION SERVICE
Complete station maintenance, including liner replacement with USDA Certified Bio-Based liners, bag restocking, and functionality inspections. We remove all collected waste from the community and ensure the immediate area (approx. 6 ft radius) is free of litter.
COMMON AREA TRASH CAN SERVICE
Comprehensive trash management for community spaces. We replace full liners with USDA Certified Bio-Based products, scoop litter in the immediate vicinity, monitor waste volume for frequency adjustments, and haul all trash away from the property.
COMMON AREA CLEANING
Thorough ground-level cleaning to maintain pristine curb appeal. Our technicians walk the designated areas to collect small trash and waste, while identifying and reporting larger items that require special attention.
