CoPS on Doody is a commercial pet waste management company built for communities, not backyards. At every pet waste station service visit, we remove the full can liner and replace it with a fresh liner, restock dog waste bags in the dispenser as needed, pick up waste on the ground within 6 feet of the station, inspect the station to ensure all components are working properly, tighten nuts and bolts, lubricate the lock on the bag dispenser and Centurion can, communicate recommended repairs or service frequency adjustments, and remove collected waste from the community’s property for disposal according to local codes and guidelines.
Beyond the stations, common area cleaning covers the ground between them: pathway networks, tot-lot and pool surrounds, treelines, and the pet relief areas residents actually use. In the county's larger planned communities that pathway mileage is the whole problem stations catch what residents carry to them, and the rest lands on the trail.
