Pet waste does not always happen next to a pet waste station. CoPS on Doody can service defined common areas in your community where waste tends to collect, such as walking paths, green spaces, pet relief areas, and other shared outdoor areas.

During each scheduled visit, our team walks the agreed-upon service area, picks up visible pet waste, flags larger issues when needed, and removes collected waste from the community property.

Common-area cleaning helps support cleaner, better-maintained shared spaces without adding another task to your property team’s list.
