Welcome to CoPS on Doody. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of
our services and website. By engaging with our services or using our website, you agree to be
bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.

1. Services Provided
CoPS on Doody offers commercial pet waste management solutions, including: Pet Waste Station Service (installation, maintenance, restocking, and cleaning of pet waste stations); Common Area Cleanings (pet waste removal and general litter pickup from shared outdoor spaces); and Common Area Trash Can Service (emptying and cleaning of public or shared-use trash receptacles). These services are designed for community associations, apartment complexes, and government-
managed properties.

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and effective service, clients agree to: provide clear access to service areas on scheduled days; notify us of any site hazards, restricted access, or changes to property layout; maintain accurate contact and billing information; and pay for services in accordance with the agreed terms.

3. Service Scheduling and Access
Service frequencies and visit schedules are agreed upon in advance. Missed services due to
client-controlled access issues (locked gates, construction, etc.) may still be billed. We reserve
the right to reschedule services due to weather, holidays, or safety concerns.

4. Payment Terms
All services are billed according to contract terms. Invoices are due within the time frame
specified. Late payments may incur fees. Non-payment may result in service suspension or
cancellation.

5. Use of Website and Communications
By using our website or communicating with us online: you agree not to misuse the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; you may not attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security; and you grant CoPS on Doody the right to contact you via email, phone, or mail for service-related purposes.

While we strive to deliver reliable and professional service, CoPS on Doody is not liable for: delays or disruptions caused by client inaccessibility, weather, or unforeseen events; damages resulting from client misuse of pet waste stations or trash receptacles; or losses related to user error or reliance on website information. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the
previous 3 months.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend services for any client who violates these Terms or fails to make
timely payments. Clients may cancel services with proper notice, as outlined in their service
agreement.

9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our
website with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of
changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, in which CoPS on Doody is
headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
