We are Community Pet Waste Specialists (CoPS for short and we’re always on Doody), the first commercially focused pet waste management company in the nation. CoPS on Doody specializes in managing pet waste issues in community associations, apartments, and local government properties.

WHO WE ARE
This is why we use dog waste bags and can liners that are made with 41% bio-based material. Our bags and liners are certified by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and will introduce less plastic into the environment.
Our vision is to create cleaner, healthier communities where families and their dogs can enjoy shared spaces while protecting surrounding neighborhoods, local waterways, and the environment.
Our mission is to use our unmatched industry expertise to deliver world-class service and support to our team members, the communities we proudly keep clean every day, and our partners.
Our values guide how we serve our team members, the communities that trust us, and the partners we work alongside.
We do the right thing in every situation. We act with honesty and integrity even when it is inconvenient or when no one is watching.
We appreciate the people around us. We recognize hard work, respect kindness, and never take our customers, teammates, or partners for granted.
Our customers trust us to show up and do our job well. We follow through on our commitments and work together as a team to deliver consistent, dependable service.
We are always looking for better ways to serve our communities. We learn from experience, solve problems, and continuously raise the standard for the service we provide.
We take ownership of our work and our results. When something goes wrong, we address it, fix it, and learn from it so we can continue improving.
We believe leadership begins with serving others. We support our team members, respect the communities we serve, and work with our partners.
We take responsibility for the communities we serve. Our work helps keep shared spaces clean, protects the surrounding environment, and supports neighborhoods where families and their dogs can enjoy the outdoors.
At CoPS on Doody, our values guide how we hire, how we serve our communities, and how we work with our partners. Everyone associated with our company is expected to uphold and demonstrate these values every day.
We hold ourselves to a professional standard in everything we do. From the quality of our work in the field to how we communicate with residents, community managers, and partners, we strive to deliver service that reflects the high standards of our company.
Behind every clean community is a small, experienced crew that helped write the rules for this industry. This is who's on duty.
