● DC METRO & ATLANTA METRO
New stations, installed where dogs actually go, not where the catalog photo looked good. CoPS on Doody walks your community, plans placement, installs the hardware, and stocks it for day one.
DC Area: (571) 207-7667
Atlanta Area: (470) 975-7667
Best for: communities adding their first stations, expanding coverage, or replacing hardware that has aged out.
Every proposal spells out exactly which paths, lawns, and outdoor areas are covered, so your board knows precisely what's included before service ever begins.

We walk the community with you before anything is ordered: resident walking routes, pet relief areas, sight lines, lighting, mowing patterns, and the spots where waste already shows up. Placement is mapped and agreed in writing.

We pick up visible pet waste and small trash in agreed-upon outdoor areas during scheduled visits.

Our crew sets and levels each station and leaves the site clean.
We set every station in concrete for a stable, permanent installation, no surface-mounted units that shift or tip. We'll recommend the station model, bag dispenser, and receptacle configuration that best fits your site, rather than defaulting to a single option for every community.

Installation locations are documented so your board or architectural committee can approve them before work begins. We always have underground utilities marked before we install, for everyone's safety.
You can have us install your stations only, or pair installation with recurring service in the same written proposal: one vendor, one flat monthly rate, one accountable party for hardware and upkeep.

Placement, stations, and processes built for shared spaces and the people who manage them—not backyards.
Install and recurring service under one written proposal — no gap between who sets the post and who restocks it.

on recurring service. Communities stay because the program works.

It depends on the layout of your community and resident walking patterns, not acreage. The on-site assessment maps where dogs and residents actually move, and the proposal states a count and placement you can take to your board.
We install our own stations as part of every project. If you already own stations you'd like to keep, ask us; we'll evaluate them on a case-by-case basis and let you know whether they're a fit for the site.
Most associations approve a placement map, not an idea. The assessment produces exactly that: locations, hardware specs, and a written cost your board or architectural committee can vote on.
Installation typically happens within 14 days of your signed proposal, and the on-site work is usually completed in a single visit for most communities.
Yes. Every new station is stocked with USDA Certified Biobased bags at installation.
That is the point of pairing install with service: restocking, emptying, and upkeep on a defined service day, with a completion notice after each visit and a three-business-hour response window for issues between visits. Install-only projects are welcome too.
