● DC METRO & ATLANTA METRO
CoPS on Doody is a commercial Pet Waste Management Company that installs and maintains pet waste stations for community associations and apartment communities across the DC and Atlanta metros. Every visit includes full liner replacement, USDA Certified Biobased dog waste bag restocking as needed, waste pickup within 6 feet of the station, station inspection, and a completion notice after every visit. No long-term contract, a customized proposal based on your community’s stations, trash cans, layout, and service needs, and first service within 7 days of your signed proposal for communities with existing stations or trash cans.
DC Area: (571) 207-7667
Atlanta Area: (470) 975-7667
Before service begins, your community receives a signed proposal outlining the service scope, schedule, billing details, and monthly cost.
An empty or overflowing station does the opposite of its job it tells every resident that no one is paying attention. A station is more likely to reduce avoidable complaints when it stays stocked and gets serviced on a recurring schedule.

Pet waste station service is recurring, scheduled maintenance of a community’s dog waste stations, keeping them stocked, serviced, and inspected so residents have access to bags and a maintained disposal area. Every CoPS visit covers:
There is no single right answer it depends on how many dog-owning residents you have and how heavily the stations get used. We set your schedule to match your community’s actual usage, then watch the waste volume on every visit and tell you if a station is filling faster than its schedule.
If a station fills faster than expected before its next visit, we review the waste volume and communicate any recommended service frequency adjustment. After every service, you get a completion notice by email or text, so you always know we came and when the next visit is due.
We are not a landscaper or a cleaning crew fitting this in as an add-on. CoPS handles commercial pet waste management as a dedicated recurring program with a defined scope and completion notice after every visit.
A completion notice after every visit with photos of any issue is the proof a bundled or informal arrangement never gives you.
You receive a clear proposal before service begins, based on your community’s stations, trash cans, layout, and recommended service frequency.
Our team earns Gold Star Certification before servicing a single community, and we report every station issue with a photo and location so the board is never the last to know.

Pet waste station service includes replacing the bin liner with a USDA Certified Biobased liner, restocking USDA Certified Biobased dog waste bags as needed, picking up waste within 6 feet of the station, inspecting station components, tightening nuts and bolts, lubricating the lock on the bag dispenser and Centurion can, monitoring waste volume, reporting station issues with photos, and removing collected waste from the community’s property according to local codes and guidelines.
On a set schedule matched to your community’s usage. We monitor waste volume each visit and recommend adjusting frequency if a station fills faster than its schedule.
Yes. We restock USDA Certified Biobased dog waste bags as needed and replace liners during service visits. Materials are included in your service proposal, so there is no separate ordering on your end.
Both. For new or growing communities, we recommend how many stations you need and where to place them, then install them. For communities with stations already in place, we take over service.
We inspect every station on each visit and report any issue with a photo, the location, and a description so you find out from us, not from a resident.
