CoPS on Doody is a commercial pet waste management company built for communities. In Loudoun, we help recommend station placement and installation for new or growing communities. At every pet waste station service visit, we remove the full can liner and replace it with a fresh liner, restock dog waste bags in the dispenser as needed, pick up waste on the ground within 6 feet of the station, inspect the station to ensure all components are working properly, tighten nuts and bolts, lubricate the lock on the bag dispenser and Centurion can, communicate recommended repairs or service frequency adjustments, and remove collected waste from the community’s property for disposal according to local codes and guidelines.
Loudoun's newer communities were built around trail networks and shared greens, so the ground between stations matters as much as the stations. Common area cleaning covers the trails, greens, tot-lot surrounds, and pet relief areas.
Winter accumulation appears almost overnight at the melt, and snow blocks stations and pushes residents onto different routes while it lasts. A spring common-area cleanup resets the grounds before complaints start; a fall cleanup clears what leaves have hidden along trail edges. Either can be scheduled on its own or added to a recurring program.
