Dave is a pioneer in the commercial pet waste management service industry. He was the first salesperson hired by a large franchise and developed a multimillion-dollar producing sales process. Dave authored the first CE credit course endorsed by the Community Associations Institute and the Community Associations International Certifications Board about pet waste management in community associations.

Dave has been an expert on pet waste management issues in communities and has been a speaker at local, regional, and national events throughout the country.Dave and his wife Christa live in beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. As a couple, they enjoy golf, kayaking, walking on the beach, and hosting family and friends.
