DAVE JENSEN

Dave Jensen is a recognized leader in commercial pet waste management, with more than 17 years of experience helping community associations create cleaner, healthier, and more enjoyable neighborhoods. Early in his career, he helped build one of the industry's largest commercial sales programs, developing a sales process that generated millions of dollars in recurring business.

Passionate about education, Dave authored the first continuing education course on pet waste management approved by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). He has educated thousands of community association professionals and has spoken at local, regional, and national industry events on topics including pet waste management, environmental stewardship, and community best practices.

Dave is the co-founder and CEO of CoPS on Doody, a company that specializes exclusively in professional pet waste management for community associations, apartment communities, and public spaces. Under his leadership, CoPS on Doody has become known for raising industry standards through education, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
